My primary research area will be investigating the effects dietary patterns have on eating behaviour, cognition, nutrition and affordability.

I will be developing and validating a dietary affordance questionnaire measuring whether adherence to a sustainable healthy diet, as suggested by policy and guidelines, is affordable and accessible for the general population. I will also be exploring dietary patterns, eating behaviours (I.e., disordered eating psychopathology) and cognition across the lifespan, in my subsequent years.

Previously, I have conducted research on Anorexia Recovery in Autism, and have several years experience working with young people with autism, ADHD and epilepsy, and dementia residents.
